Langkawi Crystaal and over time,
what began as a humble glass-blowing
house has grown into a highly
reputable crystalware production
centre.
Langkawii Crystaal’s pieces are
sought after for their unique design
and uncompromising quality. Shunning
the mass-production molds of many
European producers, each item is
handcrafted, giving exciting
free-form appearance rarely
encountered in crystalware.
Products are crafted using
traditional flaring techniques, a
demanding method requiring precision
and speed – the glass has to be
heated, blown and shaped within a
few brief minutes or the molten
glass will start to drip.
In spite of these demands, each
craftsman enjoys the challenge of
creating and perfecting each object.
